Richard Linnell was part of a market-beating team when he was Head of Investment Management of the London portfolio of Land Securities Group plc during which time he led the team that:

  • Grew the London Portfolio to a mean value of £7.3bn
  • Transacted more than £4.5bn of asset acquisitions and sales between 2004-2011
  • Outperformed the IPD Index by +2.5%, +4.7%, +2.0% for 3 years from 2006/2009

Richard is a Director of Recore and responsible for investment performance and asset management.

He is an investment manager with a highly successful track record in Central London real estate assets.

Richard is a widely known and highly respected player in the London investment market, with extensive contacts and market acumen, able to source on and off-market deals.

This experience, plus his deep, wide seam of market contacts, and his reputation for integrity and reliability, gives access to rare opportunities and has earned him significant credibility in the market.

Before joining Recore, he was Head of Asset and Investment Management at London and Regional Properties.

Previously he was with Land Securities Group plc - a FTSE 100 company and a major UK REIT - for twenty-two years.

From 2004-2011 was their Head of Investment Management, with operating board responsibility for the London Portfolio (mean value £7.0bn).

Previously, he had 14 years of Director investment and asset management roles at Land Securities, during which time he was also DB Fund chair for four years, and spent a decade running the Group’s secured borrowing.

Before that he was a Senior Assistant at Richard Ellis (now CB Richard Ellis) GP Division where he specialised in commercial investment, public flotations, bids, valuations, receiverships and insolvency.

Richard is a B.A. and M.A. from Cambridge University, and is professionally qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, FRICS.

Gerry Ritchie

Gerry has wide international business experience and an extensive network of contacts across the global investment community. His expertise covers real estate investment, international capital markets and management consulting.

Prior to joining Recore, Gerry spent five years as a director at Müller International, a London-based property firm, sourcing and managing core UK office investments for international institutional and high net worth investors. Previously he served as a director of an award-winning niche investment manager Mulvaney Capital, helping establish the firm in its early stages.
 
Since 1995, Gerry has undertaken many business consulting roles, providing strategic advice and support to investment management companies and international capital markets. His projects spanned over twenty countries across Asia, the Americas and the Middle East, including four years based in Hong Kong, and a role as CEO of a start-up stock exchange in the Bahamas.
 
Earlier in his career he held a range of senior manager and professional positions in the London Stock Exchange’s listing, market supervision, and business planning departments, including a period seconded to the Listing Division of the Hong Kong Stock exchange.
 
He is a graduate of the University of Manchester with a Joint Honours degree in Law & Accounting .

Alessandro Bronda

Alessandro is an experienced investment and fund manager with a strategic management and research background. He has a strong record in London and UK and across other European markets.

Before joining Recore, from 2014 to 2015 Alessandro was Head of Global Real Estate Investment Strategy and an Executive Director at Zurich Insurance Group, responsible for global real estate strategy including implementing cross-border investments, transaction sourcing, analysis and asset management.

From 2010-13 he was Head of Global Investor Solutions at Aberdeen Asset Management in Brussels, responsible for advising clients considering investing in real estate and for business and product development, and was a Board member for Aberdeen’s Multi-manager funds. From 2005-10 he was Head of Global Investment Strategy at Aberdeen Property Investors, responsible for investment strategies for the European and Asian funds and segregated accounts.

Earlier in his career he was Head of European Reasearch at Catella Property Group in Brussels, and Senior Researcher at Security Capital in London & Brussels; he also had senior research roles at Eurostat (European Commission) and Ifo-Institute for Economic Research in Munich.

He is a graduate of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich, Germany, with an MA Degree in Economics and is professionally qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, MRICS

Sadie Hubbard

Sadie is an experienced investment agent and manager, with a particular focus on Central London real estate assets, having specialised in the West End and City markets for over 20 years.

Before joining Recore, Sadie spent over 20 years in a number of roles at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield). She spent some 10 years based in the West End, advising domestic and international clients on commercial investment sales and acquisitions, before relocating to the company’s City office to cover the broader Central London markets. More latterly, Sadie transferred to DTZ Investment Management where she worked on operations, and on investment strategy and investment and asset management for a number of fund clients.

 

Sadie spent a number of years working alongside Jonathan Evans at DTZ, where as well as investment sales, she was responsible for, or directly involved in, the investment under-writing of, and due diligence and client reporting for a number of high profile assets and portfolios.

 

Sadie has an MA from The University of Cambridge, where she studied Geography and Land Economy, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 1990.
